According to the invention, the underside of the frame parts has a U-shaped groove or a recess, in the form of a hole, which is turned towards the hole taken during the mounting of the frame. The U-shaped groove extends in the longitudinal direction of the frame part. The frame corner lock has two interconnected fixing plates, each of which has fixing projections which point out across its distribution surface. These are pressed into the U-shaped groove or hole when pressing the fixing plates, to abut against the two undersides, when the fixing plates enclose intermediate frame corners.
Fixing projections create friction against the walls of the U-shaped groove or the hole making, whereby the fixing plates are locked against the undersides of the frame parts and hold it together around the frame corner.
The fixing plates have a width which essentially corresponds to the frame width of the frame part at the underside.
Its thickness is about 3-8 mm and that each fixing plate is about 5-20 cm long to stiffen and moisture-tight the frame corner. The groove has a width and a depth of about 2-10 mm. The recess in the form of a hole has a diameter / width / depth of about 2-10 mm. If the recess is used, one fixing projection per recess is pressed down, so that with friction with barbs or hook parts it grabs the walls of the recess.
The invention is described in more detail with the aid of some preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a translucent perspective view of a part of a frame corner consisting of two frame parts, connected to a frame corner lock.
Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a folded frame corner lock.
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of part of a fixing plate, where the fixing projection is a row, having a pleated, Z-shaped / Zig-Zak-shaped extension.
Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of a part of a fixing plate, where several fixing projections are arranged in a row, having several.
Fig. 5 shows a side view 'of an Ikarm corner lock' with. a permanent with a fixed angle.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, a frame corner lock 1 is shown, which holds two frame parts 2 consisting of a frame top piece 3 and a frame side piece 5, for forming a frame corner 6. The underside 8 of the frame parts 2 has a U-shaped groove 9, which extends in longitudinal direction of the frame part 2. The frame corner lock 1 has two interconnected fixing plates 10, each of which has fixing projections 11, which are pressed into the U-shaped groove 9 towards the undersides 8, so that they abut and enclose intermediate frame corners 6.
The fixing projections 11 hold the frame parts 2 together by means of friction against the walls of the U-shaped groove.
As can be seen from Figs. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment of the invention is shown, in which frame corner locking 1 both fixing plates 10 lie flat on a base in the form of a first fixing plate 14 and a second fixing plate 18, which are foldably connected to a folding joint 12 in one of its edge sides 21, which at the connection are folded over the frame corner 6. The facing frame parts 2 can then meet at a preselected desired frame angle 13, for forming the frame corner 6. An edge side 21, adjacent to the folding joint 12, has two stops 17, which point in the same direction as the fixing projections 11, i.e. across the extension surface 16 of the fixing plate 10, to fix the position of the fixing projections 11 at the first fixing plate 14, by placing the stop 17 against the underside 8 of the frame part 2 connecting in the frame corner 6. abutment against the second frame part 2, in order, when depressing its fixing projection 11 in the U-shaped groove 9, to provide a locking and position fixing of the second fixing plate 18, which has recesses 15, which make room for the stop 17, when the frame corner lock 1 has connected the frame corner 6.
As can be seen from Fig. 3, it is shown that the fixing projections 11 form a row, having a pleated, Z-shaped / Zig-Zak-shaped extension on the fixing plate 10, to fit in the U-shaped groove 9. The fixing projections 11 have sharp resilient tip elements 24. , to grab the 9 walls of the U-shaped groove.
As can be seen from Fig. 4, fixing projections 11 are shown, which extend in a row, where each fixing projection 11 has a barb / hook part 19, to cut the walls of the U-shaped groove 9.
As shown in Fig. 5, a frame corner lock 1 is shown, where the fixing plates 10 are connected to a permanent frame corner lock 1, where the fixing plates 10 meet at a fixed angle 22 of about 90 degrees, to only fit where the frame parts 2 are to meet with a frame angle 13 of about 90 degrees between each other.
The frame corner lock 1 has a reinforcing element 23 in its fixing plates 10, extending in the longitudinal direction 4 in its edge sides 21, in order to provide a stiffening of the frame corner lock 1, so that the fixed angle 22 can be easily maintained when it is stressed when mounting the frame parts 2.
The reinforcing element 23 is arranged to cover a small part on one long side of the frame parts 2, which is then covered by a lining.
